Floor Walker
The Able Generation Floor Walker provides assistance for those first steps. For standing help, the casters may be completely removed; as confidence increases the casters may be re-attached. The direction of travel is controlled by locking the front casters: allowing either omni-directional or forward and backward motion only. The pole height is adjustable as are the handles. Both are provided to allow for different grips. The handles may be positioned downward, so only the pole is used for balance.
The Floor Walker provides: a stable base for emerging walkers, as well as a stable platform to assist with beginning standing skills. For walking, the Floor Walker has a cutaway base which encourages full stride length, and may also serve as a cart for transporting toys and other important objects.
